Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time

Position Summary

Part‑time Retail Merchandiser located in Springfield, VA (and surrounding area).

Part Time – up to 25 hours per week (may increase to 40 hours). Availability required Monday‑Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No weekends or evenings.

• Store visits: complete merchandising projects at major retail stores within assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
• Potential to cover larger regions or travel to increase hours.

• Hourly compensation: $16.00 per hour for general merchandising projects; higher rates for additional technical projects.
• W2 employment with bi‑weekly pay and direct deposit.
• Optional 401(k) retirement plan with company match.

• Paid training to prepare for program success.
• Accrue PTO hours each week worked.

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Strong attention to detail; follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independent and team‑oriented; comfortable working alone and collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Tech‑ready:
  Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS‑enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; must use vehicle to perform duties.
• Physical capability: stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
