About the Role

As a Sales Associate for Sunglass Hut, you’ll bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear in a dynamic, inclusive retail environment.

• Drive sales & build lasting customer relationships, hitting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
• Serve as a vision expert, offering personalized advice and recommend eyewear solutions that match each customer’s lifestyle.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer‑service skills.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to maintain a positive environment and support overall store success.
• Keep the store clean, organized and visually appealing to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Cultivate an inclusive and respectful atmosphere for customers and colleagues.

• Passion for customer service; retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Strong sales skill set and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented, comfortable with technology to enhance customer experience.
• Fashion‑forward mindset with an interest in eyewear and fashion trends.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with a drive to learn and grow.

Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition to competitive base pay, you may be offered a bonus or commission plan, health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
