Position: Retail Sales Associate-SPRINGFIELD TOWN CENTER
Bath & Body Works -  - Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors grounded in company values and product knowledge;
Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations;
Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout;
Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing purchases and keeping the checkout area neat and stocked;
Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and presentable;
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed;
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory adherence; abide by policies and procedures
