Game Stop - 6575 Frontier Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, courteously, and professionally; assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs; inform guests about promotions and the trade-in program; recommend additional items as appropriate; apply selling behaviors during each transaction; express gratitude to every guest.;
Prioritize guests over tasks and circulate throughout the store.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.;
Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, ensuring top-notch guest service.;
Promote Game Stop’s guest benefits and loyalty programs.;
Ensure store areas are clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines; maintain working order of fixtures and equipment.;
Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.;
Safeguard assets through inventory control and loss-prevention practices, including scam awareness and bank deposits as required.;
Conduct store inventory counts, restock merchandise, and ensure products are represented and alphabetized on the selling floor.;
Assist management in meeting sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative duties.
