Financial Analyst

We’re looking for a
proactive, solutions-focused Financial Analyst with experience in
audit remediation and the property lifecycle who’s ready to tackle complex challenges and make a measurable impact.

This role involves providing support to evaluate and redesign current business processes and controls related to property, plant, and equipment (PP&E) and to evaluate accounting principles applied to recording of PP&E assets.

Up to $120,000/yr,commensurate with experience.

• This work will be performed at the client site 5-days/week in
  Springfield, VA.

• MUST havea
  Bachelor's or
  Master's degree in Accounting or Business Management
  related field.
• MUST have
  4years
  of
  accounting
  or
  financialmanagementexperience, which includes a minimum of 2 years
  of experience in roles such as an accountant, financial auditor, financial analyst, or financial system analyst.
• MUST have an active TS
  ,
  TS-SCI clearance or eligible for a TS-SCI clearance.
• MUST be aUS citizen.
• MUST be located inthe National Capital Region (DC, Virginia, Maryland). Relocation bonus will be offered.

• DoD / Intelligence community financial management experience.
• One
  of the following certifications is highly desired:
  CPA, CIA, CFE, CGFM, and/or CDFM.

• Familiarity with
  OMB Circular A-123.
• Knowledge of
  FASAB Accounting Standards related to Property, Plant, and Equipment(PP&E).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
