Position:Home Remodeling Sales Specialist
This is a full-time, W-2, outside sales role where you'll meet pre-qualified homeowners, deliver engaging presentations, and close significant sales. Our top performers are earning up to $300K annually!
Compensation$90K-$300K per year (with UNCAPPED commission!) | Average First-Year Earnings: $100K-$150K
Key Responsibilities- Deliver in-home presentations that impress homeowners.
- Evaluate homes, propose effective solutions, and finalize sales.
- Become proficient in our extensive product range and financing options.
- Establish enduring customer relationships for repeat business opportunities.
- Engage in continuous sales training to enhance your skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Dependable transportation and a flexible work schedule (6 days a week).
- Self-driven; able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Experience in sales or home improvement is a plus, but not required.
- No cold calling - all appointments are pre-set and pre-qualified.
