Position Summary
Incredible Health is looking for an experienced enterprise account executive, who has a proven track record of success in acquiring new customers and exceeding targets in the healthcare industry. You will play a major role in driving the growth of the business and shaping future emerging services which will have a significant impact on our business and the healthcare labor industry.
You report to the VP Sales.
As an enterprise account executive, you will own and manage the sales cycle, targeting key healthcare accounts in your territory. Our ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, is a self starter with healthcare experience. This is an important role that will help shape the long-term strategy by refining our playbook for market growth. We work with over 1,500 hospitals and 1.5 million nurses, and are expanding aggressively to support additional markets, AI products, and healthcare roles.
This role is 100% remote and can be located in the following states:

Typical Responsibilities- Building relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgical centers, home health organizations and post acute care facilities to create trust and new partnerships
- Leading a consultative solution based sale which is inclusive of multiple C-suite buyers and multiple cross-functional teams within a healthcare organization
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Customer Success Teams to support big growth in your territory and achieve corporate goals
- Creating and articulating compelling core value propositions to target customers
- Navigating AI governance boards, IT teams, and integration requirements
- Building, maintaining and driving a robust sales pipeline
- Learn the Incredible Health story and master how to communicate with CHRO’s, CNO’s, and CEO’s on our value prop
- Successfully create and close new business opportunities and customer expansions
- Build a 5x pipeline through intense prospecting and dedicated networking activity
- Close multiple enterprise deals
- 10+ years of experience selling healthcare enterprise software solutions.
- Focus in healthcare technology, healthcare services and/or selling to the CEO, COO, CHRO and CNO personas is preferred
- Multiple year track record of achievement against quota
- Deep experience navigating complex enterprise deals, with multiple stakeholders and influencers
- Experience and evidence using AI in your day to day work to drive key outcomes
- You're an ambitious, high-energy individual with experience in fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environments.
- You possess the ability to drive collaborative sales cycles that involve experimentation and best practices.
- You have expertise in positioning and selling services to new customers and markets.
- You have the ability to learn new markets and stay current with market trends.
- You have complete comfort in communicating and presenting to customers and senior leadership.
- You're a strategic thinker with the ability to communicate and execute a strategy consistent with client needs.
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
