Sales Manager

Carter's is seeking a Sales Manager to lead regional sales for our children's apparel in the manufacturing and retail channel. In this role, you'll develop and execute sales strategies, manage key retail and wholesale accounts, and drive revenue growth for Carter's and Osh Kosh B'gosh. You will analyze sales data, forecast demand, and partner with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing to hit targets.

The Sales Manager will coach and develop a small sales team, build strong customer relationships, and represent Carter's family-focused, collaborative culture in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies for Carter's and Osh
• Kosh B'gosh brands
• Manage and grow key retail, e-commerce, and wholesale accounts
• Analyze sales performance, trends, and forecasts to meet revenue targets
• Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing to align plans
• Lead, coach, and develop a small sales team to high performance
• Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional programs with partners
• Identify new business opportunities and channels within the manufacturing and retail space
• Ensure sales activities reflect Carter's family-focused, collaborative culture
