Helm Point Solutions is a woman-owned cybersecurity and physical security firm committed to defending the infrastructure that underpins national security. We’re looking for experienced Senior CE/CV Investigators to support a high-impact government program.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage contractor teams supporting Continuous Evaluation/Continuous Vetting (CE/CV) investigations and case control operations.

• Ensure timely and accurate security support for all Personnel Security tasks, projects, and programs.

• Train and mentor investigative staff on CE/CV procedures and investigative best practices.

• Provide backup coverage during staffing gaps and keep Government POCs informed of personnel changes and program status.

• Oversee compliance with PERSEC policies, analyze investigative data, and elevate security issues as needed.

• Develop and maintain CE/CV security procedures, prepare reports and metrics, and deliver briefings to government leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• 11–14 years of personnel security background investigation experience.

• Strong investigative interviewing skills, including anomaly detection, issue resolution, and information development.
