Overview
Critical decisions are made every single day to support our national security. As a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Source Strategies Analyst (SSA) and GEOINT Collection Manager, you will use your analytical skills and technical expertise to develop geospatial information needs and collection strategies that give clients actionable intelligence and context. Your work will support warfighters, protect national security, and inform national leadership.
ResponsibilitiesYou will help clients understand and implement efficient collection strategies, combining information from SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, and open source to enable automated tipping and queueing models. You will validate information, apply collection analysis tradecraft, refine strategies against emerging problem sets, and provide time‑critical recommendations under pressure. This role offers growth opportunities in automated tipping and queueing software modeling tools and collaboration with analysts across the IC and DoD.
YouHave:
- Knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection processes and protocols
- Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities
- Knowledge of multi‑INT sources and capabilities
- Ability to operate successfully in a fast‑paced, dynamic 24/7/365 environment as a team member
- Ability to collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective collection approaches
- Ability to liaise with partners across the IC and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience with airborne collection management and throughput
- Experience with commercial collection management and throughput
- Experience working with hyperspectral systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred;
Master’s degree a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
