GEOINT Collection Manager, Mid
OpportunityLeverage advanced cloud-based tools, high‑performance GPUs, and an expanding volume of geospatial data to transform how our clients, warfighters, national leaders and policy makers receive Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT). Work with a team of Geospatial Intelligence Source Strategy Analysts (SSAs) to extract meaning and context from collection platforms, analyze sensor data, and develop actionable geospatial solutions for priorities such as infrastructure, topography, human geography, and intelligence.
Key Responsibilities• Extract meaning and context from various collection platform capabilities and applications.
• Leverage national and commercial satellite optical, infrared, and remote‑sensing solutions to assess meaning and potential intent.
• Design, analyze, develop, and create geospatial solutions that support critical intelligence tasks.
• Contribute to GEOINT Collection Management practices and develop products to improve the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD).
- 5+ years of experience with GEOINT collection management
- Experience with defining, documenting, or drafting work streams, SOPs, or best practices in writing
- Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite, Adobe Premier, or Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED process
- Knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures
- Ability to build and retain internal relationships and collaborate with external partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage competing demands and changing priorities
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with GEOINT, or Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience with GEOINT, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with GEOINT
- Experience using GIMS
- Experience in developing educational materials and performance support solutions (e.g., job aids, videos, documents)
- Experience developing requirements for GEOINT systems
- Experience with GEOINT operations within COCOMs or Armed Services
- Knowledge of training and tradecraft implementation use and guidelines
- Knowledge of GEOINT Analysis, IT architecture, acquisition, procurement, or project management
- Ability to provide recommendations based on data collection and mission knowledge for technical sensor capabilities
- GEOINT Professional Certification – Fundamentals (GPC‑F)
- GEOINT Professional Certification – Collections (GPC‑C)
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation ranges from $62,000.00 to $ (annualized USD).
