Discovery & Collection Specialist; Source Strategies Analyst – Mid

We are seeking experienced Discovery & Collection Specialists (Source Strategies Analysts) to support a mission-critical government customer in Springfield, Virginia. Successful candidates will possess strong GEOINT collection management experience, exceptional organizational and writing skills, and the ability to collaborate across mission stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting GEOINT collection management
• MUST have current TS/SCI
• Demonstrated knowledge of the GEOINT Community, mission focus areas, and collection management structures
• Experience defining, documenting, and drafting SOPs, work streams, best practices, or operational procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and/or similar tools
• Knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED process
  
  Ability to build and maintain internal and external mission partner relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Willingness to take a polygraph examination

• Experience performing GEOINT collection operations
• Experience developing training materials, job aids, videos, or performance support solutions
• Knowledge of GEOINT training methodologies and tradecraft implementation
• GEOINT Professional Certification – Fundamentals (GPC-F)
• GEOINT Professional Certification – Collections (GPC-C)
