Education and Experience

Required:

* HS diploma or GED
* 10+ yrs (Expert) or 5+ yrs (Senior) experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection
* 7+ years (Expert) or 5+ yrs (Senior) of experience managing large multi-source data sense making, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists
* Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets
* Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated locations
* Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization
* Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies to address complex or unusual intelligence problems
* Ability to support research phase of Information Need development and understand impacts of phenomenology on tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT
* Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures Desired:
* Experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials
* Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
* Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
* Operational experience with vector data. Security Clearance:
