We are seeking an Electronics Technician 4 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of the SES Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, IT systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.

• Installing and maintaining electronic security systems.
• Performing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Performing inspections, evaluations, and inventory.
• Leading teams on large complex installation projects with limited supervision.
• Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORM and Safety Audits.
• Installing and maintaining equipment at both local and global levels per design packages.
• Programming and installation of head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems.
• Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at local and global levels.
• Leading on-site software commissioning and testing.
• Leading inspections, evaluations, and inventory; performing take-offs from project drawings; creating and documenting daily reports and project progress.
• Documenting and tracking RFIs; design assist and feedback.
• Documenting project schedules and integrating IDS, ACS and CCTV systems.
• Forecasting and managing project labor hours; communicating effectively with supervisors and subordinates.
• Guiding and mentoring technicians.

• Clearance/Citizenship:
  Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; ACTIVE TOP SECRET Clearance, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI is REQUIRED.
• Key Requirements:
  • Requires a valid driver’s license. This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle.
  • Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance with policy.

• HS diploma or GED;
  Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or from an Electrical Apprenticeship program; plus an additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities.

• 8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs.
• 3 years of the above experience focused in electronic security systems.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
• MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are a plus.
• Must be able to travel 50%.

• Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (e.g., CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems, Airphone, FFT, DIVAR).
