Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas including electrical malfunctions, plumbing fixtures, pipes and fittings, lights and fixtures, doors and locks;
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on designated equipment;
Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure;
Assist in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for neighborhood to ensure timely task completion;
Communicate effectively with residents and staff
