Service Technician II (Hiring Immediately)

$/hour (plus on‑call and sign‑on bonus)

The Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration such as grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach‑in and walk‑in coolers, and freezers.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration units.
• Communicate status updates for parts ordering and repairs with branch support and customers.
• Complete service calls accurately and on time.
• Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are available.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to company safety standards.
• Meet on‑call requirements.

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Work independently.
• Accurate diagnosis and troubleshooting; automotive, electrical, installation, and mechanical background a plus.
• Journeyman license and/or CFESA certification a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and soft skills.
• Good driving record.
