Job Schedule:

Night Shift
, Full-Time, typically 4 or 5 nights a week with Fridays and Saturdays off

Job Summary: The Spray Technician will join a team that cleans commercial kitchen hoods, ducts, fans and other parts of kitchen exhaust systems in our Northern Virginia service area.

The Spray Technician will be responsible for safely using power washers, specialized cleaning solutions, and other tools and equipment. This role requires attention to safety protocols. This position includes growth opportunities as a future Lead Technician, sales or management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment and work area for cleaning
• Apply cleaning agents to kitchen ducts and fans using foaming equipment
• Thoroughly clean and degrease surfaces using power washers and other equipment
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling chemicals safely
• Maintain and clean spray equipment to ensure it is in proper working order
• Communicate professionally with clients on-site
• Complete job reports and safety checklists using our app
• Work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

• No Experience Necessary. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Interest in hands-on, active, technical and mechanical work.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation to Springfield, Virginia worksite
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, climb ladders, bend, kneel and otherwise actively perform job functions
• Availability to work night shifts, typically 4 or 5 nights a week with Friday and Saturday off
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and good problem-solving.
