Test Systems Engineer (Mid‑Level)

Mission Intelligence Group is seeking a Mid‑Level Test Systems Engineer to support enterprise testing across complex GEOINT environments. This role enables mission‑critical capabilities across the National System of Geospatial‑Intelligence (NSG),
Allied System of Geospatial‑Intelligence (ASG), and Federal partners, ensuring timely and accurate GEOINT delivery.

As a Mid‑Level Test Systems Engineer, you will execute and support application, system, and integration testing efforts across distributed environments. You will work within traditional, Agile, and Dev Ops pipelines to validate system performance, support defect resolution, and ensure compliance with mission requirements.

• Perform test and evaluation activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agency environments
• Execute testing of applications and APIs within Dev Ops pipelines using government and industry quality standards
• Conduct independent integration testing of system software and hardware to verify compliance with requirements
• Plan and execute manual test cases and automated test scripts using scripting and programming languages
• Support technical investigations, defect identification, and issue resolution during testing activities

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field
  , or:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Test Systems Engineer in lieu of a degree
• 6+ years of experience with test management and defect‑tracking tools
• Experience working within traditional, Agile, and Dev Ops development environments and associated testing strategies
• Active TS/SCI clearance
  , with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field
• Experience with three or more of the following tools and technologies:
  • JMeter, Jenkins, Docker, Postman, Swagger, Nexus, Apigee
  • Git Hub / Git Lab
  • Java, Bash, Curl, XML, JSON, SQL, Python, Java Script
  • AWS and C2S
• Working knowledge of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages
• Working knowledge of software development frameworks
