InDev is seeking a .NET Developer to design, build, and enhance Microsoft applications that support Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mission outcomes. You’ll work hands‑on to design, develop, and maintain scalable web and cloud‑native applications using modern development frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience across both front‑end and back‑end development. While technical skills are essential, a successful candidate will also bring innovative ideas and a sense of ownership to the work they take on.
YOURFUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement innovative enterprise applications on the Microsoft cloud platform that meet business objectives, solve complex problems, and deliver high value to the client.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications using technologies such , JavaScript, Angular, and React.
- Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions.
- Develop and support applications utilizing Microsoft SQL Server and SQL databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front‑end, back‑end, application, cloud, and database environments.
- Work in a Scrum team using the Agile method.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or other related discipline.
- 3+ years of .NET development experience.
- Strong experience with both front‑end and back‑end development.
- Experience in one or more modern front‑end technologies such as Angular.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with writing queries and navigating MS SQL.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development.
- Experience delivering Microsoft solutions using Agile methodologies and Dev Sec Ops practices, including source-driven development, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and government stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience supporting federal enterprise programs, with emphasis on governance and compliance.
- Understanding of federal governance, accessibility, and cybersecurity frameworks, including Section 508, FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53 controls.
Clearance: U.S. Citizen;
Active DHS clearance or Top Secret DoD Clearance.
