Tuvli, an Akima company, is hiring for a Functional Property Management Specialist I to support our DoS client located in Washington, DC.

• This position may require overseas and/or domestic travel.
• Assists in the training of the Department of State's system of record;
  Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS), and the Secure-Integrated Logistics Management system (SILMS).
• Drafts standard operating procedures (SOP), memorandums, and weekly logistics reports pertaining to the procurement handling, programming, and inventory/accountability of all DS equipment deployed worldwide.
• Assist with annual inventory reconciliation of all geographic regions of DS property using the Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS) and the Secure-Integrated Logistics Management system (S-ILMS).

• High School/GED required;
  Associate's degree recommended but not required;
  Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) preferred.
• Two years’ experience working in the logistics field.
• Must be able to obtain a forklift certification within six months of employment.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance;
  Top Secret preferred.
• Basic understanding of all relevant Foreign Affairs Manual and Foreign Affairs Handbook (FAM/FAH) regulations regarding property management.
