Job SummaryThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through order pulling, receiving, stocking, and inventory handling activities. This role requires forklift operation experience, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment while maintaining safety, organization, and efficiency standards.
Job Responsibilities- Pull and prepare customer or internal orders for shipment
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials and inventory
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
- Use computer systems and Excel to support inventory and warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment
- Assist with shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory management processes
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Perform manual material handling and lifting as required
- Support additional warehouse functions and related duties as assigned
- Minimum of 6 months of recent warehouse experience required
- Minimum of 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience required
- 3-6 months of Excel or general computer experience required
- Experience with shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory operations preferred
- Ability to quickly learn product and warehouse processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds manually
- Ability to bend, twist, pull, push, and stand for a full 8-hour shift
- Stable work history demonstrating reliability and longevity preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
