About this position

About Brite Nites

Brite Nites is a nationally recognized leader in custom holiday and year-round lighting design. Since 1993, we’ve brought spaces to life with immersive lighting experiences for residential, commercial, and municipal clients. Our reputation is built on creativity, quality, and exceptional service.

About the role

Brite Nites installs premium Christmas lighting on homes and businesses. The Warehouse Associate is what makes our field crews fast. You run one of our warehouses through the holiday season: get the crews loaded and out the door in the morning, handle shipping and errands mid-day, then pull and stage the next day's material in the afternoon. Installers focus on installing.

Everything that gets them ready is yours.

You will run the place largely on your own. This suits someone who sees what needs doing and does it without being asked.

What you'll do

  • Get crews out fast in the morning. Help them pick extra material, track tools going out, keep the flow moving.
  • Reset the warehouse after crews leave. It is a mess every morning and putting it right is a real part of the job.
  • Handle outbound shipping. Pull packing lists, palletize, shrink wrap, weigh, and run freight and air cargo drop-offs.
  • Run errands: hardware store runs, deliveries, and pickups.
  • Pull and stage the next day's material by installer once the schedule comes through, and have it checked before you leave.
  • Keep every truck configured to standard, including two harnesses per truck. That one is non-negotiable.
  • Track inventory, file weekly counts, and keep the warehouse and storage units clean and secure.
  • During takedown in January and February, process returns: sort, break down, count per job, and re-shelve.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license. You will drive trucks and run errands.
  • 18 or older.
  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet for extended periods.
  • Available Monday through Saturday with a 6:00 to 7:00 AM start.
  • Comfortable in a warehouse that is not climate controlled. It runs hot and cold with the weather.
  • Available for the full season, or for a shorter window with your dates committed up front.

Nice to have

  • Prior warehouse, distribution, or physical labor experience.
  • Comfortable working alone for long stretches.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish. A plus, not a requirement.
  • Prior seasonal work, or a prior season with Brite.
  • Comfortable using a phone or tablet for schedules and inventory.

Details

  • Seasonal, September 2026 through February 2027.
  • Monday to Saturday, starting between 6:00 and 7:00 AM. 30 to 60+ hours per week depending on where you are in the season.
  • On-site at the warehouse. No remote.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • The first two weeks are a trial period.
