Customer Care Representative

Partners Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to deliver friendly, accurate support to our customers across Maine and New Hampshire. In this role, you'll handle inbound inquiries by phone and digital channels, assist with accounts, online banking, and basic transactions, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. You'll educate customers on products and services, follow strict security and privacy standards, and collaborate with branch teams.
