Assembly Paint Technician
Location: Springville, AL
Pay Rate: $21.51 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM
Requirements- Previous industrial painting, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to use spray guns, rollers, and other painting equipment
- Knowledge of paint mixing, surface preparation, and finishing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules
- Ability to work safely with paints, coatings, and hazardous materials
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting parts
- Apply primer, paint, enamel, and protective coatings to manufactured components
- Mix paints, pigments, and coatings according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and appearance
- Assemble painted parts and components as needed
- Maintain paint booths, equipment, and tools
- Follow all safety, PPE, and hazardous material handling procedures
- Assist with material handling and production support activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
