Position: Hemodialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Naph Care is hiring a Hemodialysis Registered Nurse (RNs) to join our team at the Alabama Department of Corrections - St. Clair in Springville, AL.

Qualifications
  • Must hold current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse within AL.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Hemodialysis Staff RN in a healthcare setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or other relevant certifications may be preferred.
  • Must possess an active BLS CPR Certification (American Heart Association required).
  • Strong clinical assessment, IV insertion, medication administration, and emergency response skills.
  • Understanding of renal physiology, the causes and progression of kidney disease, and the principles of hemodialysis.
  • Previous experience working in a correctional facility, familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information.
  • Integrity, professionalism and ability to adhere to Code of Conduct and all facility correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Must pass the facility’s criminal background check and drug screening.
