UAB Medicine's UAB St. Vincent's East is seeking a seasoned RN to lead the Oncology unit during full-time night shifts. You will coordinate staffing, supervise nursing and support staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include assigning care, evaluating outcomes, addressing care issues, and contributing to staff hiring, training, and development. Alabama RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS may be needed depending on unit.
