- Tackle complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools

- Keep detailed records and ensure every job meets Ford’s high standards
- Strong mechanical skills and a problem‑solving mindset
- Experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience is a big plus)
- Ability to work quickly without cutting corners
- A commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- ASE certifications (preferred, but not required—we’ll help you grow)
