• Tackle complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools

• Keep detailed records and ensure every job meets Ford’s high standards

• Strong mechanical skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience is a big plus)
• Ability to work quickly without cutting corners
• A commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• ASE certifications (preferred, but not required—we’ll help you grow)
