Driven Auto Sales is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented team member to oversee vehicle inventory flow, lot presentation, and online vehicle listings.

This position blends inventory management, automotive photography, lot operations, and detailing coordination. The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring newly arrived vehicles are processed, photographed, and listed online quickly while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional dealership appearance. You will work closely with the marketing manager and the reconditioning manager.

• Manage the flow of newly arrived inventory from arrival to online listing
• Coordinate with the detail department to ensure vehicles are completed quickly and meet quality standards before photography
• Prioritize inventory to keep vehicles moving through the process efficiently
• Photograph vehicles for online listings
• Edit vehicle photos and upload them to dealership inventory systems
• Create and maintain accurate vehicle listings
• Ensure inventory is listed online as quickly as possible after arrival

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle lot
• Arrange and reposition vehicles for maximum presentation and efficiency
• Monitor inventory appearance and ensure older inventory remains fresh and front-line ready
• Coordinate with lot wash staff to maintain clean vehicles
• Perform regular lot inspections to identify issues that need attention
• Empty trash containers and keep dealership grounds free of debris

• Assist in managing daily detail department workflow
• Help ensure vehicles meet dealership quality standards before being photographed
• Assist with detailing and vehicle preparation when needed
• Work closely with management to prioritize inventory and special projects

• Experience with automotive photography or similar photography experience required
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership software systems
• Experience with photo editing software required
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely move and park vehicles
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
