We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of various concrete structures, contributing to the smooth execution of our projects.

• Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for foundations, slabs, sidewalks, and other structures.
• Perform tasks such as spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, ensuring that forms are properly set and aligned.
• Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surface of concrete, and monitor the setting process.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Assist with the setup and dismantling of formwork and temporary structures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.

• Previous experience as a Concrete Laborer or in a similar construction role is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of and ability to read construction plans and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
