Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries
- Investigate and resolve shipping, inventory, and order‑related issues
- Communicate with warehouse teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and claims processes
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience with Shopify, Ship Hero, or logistics operations is a plus
