Under the CRC Operations Supervisor, this position provides basic front desk and customer service functions.

• Answer phones, greet, and assist the public.
• Receive payments, provide change, and run card transactions.
• Make and record Recreation Center passes. Maintain membership records.
• Provide basic secretarial work such as record keeping and filing.
• Order supplies and stock items for sale.

All other duties as assigned.

• Must be 16 years or older, with one (1) year of front desk/customer service experience preferred.

• Must have courteous and professional telephone skills and be able to greet the public with the same courtesy.
• Must be able to operate a computer, perform basic software functions, and enter data accurately.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions; establish work priorities; communicate effectively orally and in writing; and help define needs of members and potential members.
• Must be able to operate standard office equipment. Bookkeeping skills are a plus.

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
