We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Onsite Property Manager (Saturday shift) to oversee the daily operations of two storage facilities. This role involves managing both properties, providing excellent customer service, maintaining the facilities, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and experience in customer service or property management.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Customer Service
- Respond to customer calls promptly and professionally via phone or email.
- Assist customers with inquiries, facility tours, reservations, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Oversee daily operations at both facilities, ensuring smooth functionality.
- Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness, maintenance, and security compliance.
- Coordinate and oversee repairs or maintenance with vendors when needed.
- Oversees daily logistics, fleet maintenance, team leadership, and customer service
- Promote rental options and ancillary services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Process lease agreements, payments, and other customer transactions.
- Track and report occupancy rates, sales, and other key metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, facility inventory, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
Manage supplies and office equipment for both facilities.
- Communicate with the supervisor regarding goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Train and supervise any onsite staff as necessary.
- Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Handle emergencies or unexpected issues at the properties.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in property management and sales are a plus.
- Previous experience in property management, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation between facilities.
- Standing and walking for the majority of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic physical tasks related to property inspections and maintenance.
- Part-time role requiring mandatory Saturday availability; additional hours may become available to cover manager time-off during the week.
