As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza, you will handle in‑store and phone orders, keep the store stocked and clean, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will also be eligible for growth opportunities within the company.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Attend orientation and receive on‑the‑job training.
• Communicate written and verbal instructions to co‑workers and customers.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Make correct monetary change and handle cash transactions.
• Perform general store tasks such as bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, reaching, and operating kitchen equipment.

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination, eye‑hand coordination, and the ability to use a computer or touch screen.
• Ability to work while standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and handling repetitive tasks.

Work is performed primarily standing or walking, often in temperatures ranging from 36 °F to above 90 °F. Tasks may involve exposure to weather, fumes, and dust. Employees may lift up to 50 lb, lift items up to 72 in. high, carry trays of dough (≈12 lb each), push or pull dollies (≈30 in. requiring up to 7.5 lb force), climb stairs or ladders, bend, squat or crouch, reach above 72 in.,

and use pizza peels, cutters, and other kitchen tools.
