Early Learning Essentials is looking for a Center Manager/Coach in Springville, Utah, responsible for supervising teaching staff and ensuring educational quality in our preschool program. The ideal candidate will have a BA in Early Childhood Education, relevant teaching experience, and can effectively coach and support personnel.
Position entails a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week with some evening work required. A bilingual capability in Spanish is desirable. The role is front-line work, directly supporting children and families in a safe learning environment.
