We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Finance to lead Rustica's financial strategy, optimize manufacturing cost structures, and harness the full power of Net Suite ERP to drive operational excellence. Position Overview

The Vice President of Finance will partner closely with company owners to help lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. This role demands advanced Net Suite ERP expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our manufacturing facility in Springville, Utah.

Remote work is not available for this role and prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Help lead all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Manage and optimize Net Suite ERP for financial processes, reporting, and integrations.
• Help oversee cost accounting for manufacturing, including BOM analysis, inventory valuation, and margin optimization.
• Help develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Help manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Support strategic initiatives such as pricing models, cost reduction, and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in finance leadership roles within a manufacturing environment. (required)
• Prior Net Suite experience preferred but not required.
• Strong background in cost accounting and inventory management specific to manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a growth-oriented company.
• Skilled in analyzing financial data to drive strategic decisions and improve profitability.
• Ability to build and mentor high-performing finance teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
• Familiarity with GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
