ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR OPPORTUNITY - Behavioral Health

Status:
Full-time position w/excellent benefits package after 30 days

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm

Salary Range: $34.00 to $38.00 per hour based on license (see requirements), education and work experience

Primary- 4501 N. University Ave, PROVO - Secondary- 763 N. 1650 W. SPRINGVILLE

Your goals and objectives will include:

* Facilitates the orderly admission of patients to our mental health residential treatment center (RTC), balancing the patient's comfort and ease with the RTC's operating needs and financial goals.

* Must successfully collaborate with internal Clinical, Medical, and Academic Departments; as well as, outside state agencies to determine appropriateness for; and facilitate the patient's admission to our treatment center.

* This position reports to the Director of Admissions.

Qualifications

Your experience and qualifications will include:

* Previous experience in an admissions or marketing department of a mental health facility highly preferred

* Valid Utah RN license or Utah clinical license with authorization to practice in Utah REQUIRED (RN, CSW, LCSW, CMHC, ACMHC OR you are license eligible

* Ability to disseminate information accurately and timely to all stakeholders

* Calming and empathetic demeanor

* Ability to deal with the public, parents, patients, internal and external customers in a professional and diplomatic manner.

* Must be at least 21 years of age or older with ability to pass a background check and drug screen
