Radiologic Technologist – Experienced or New Grad Springville Workmed Medical Group Part-Time | Benefits Eligible Springville Workmed Medical Group is seeking a Radiologic Technologist —open to experienced professionals and new graduates —to join our collaborative outpatient-focused care team. Schedule & Commitment Part-time: 20 hours per week

Shift: Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM Benefits eligible Compensation & Incentives Pay range: $29.14 – $44.94/hour , based on experience Sign-on bonus:
Up to $1,500 for eligible applicants

Position Overview As a Radiologic Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging exams using specialized equipment while ensuring a high standard of image quality, patient safety, and compassionate care. You will collaborate closely with physicians, radiologists, and clinical team members in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. This role is well suited for technologists who take pride in their technical skills, value teamwork, and are committed to delivering an excellent patient experience.

Essential Functions Maintain ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions Ensure accurate patient identification , order verification, and exam preparation Perform imaging exams according to department protocols and review images for quality and accuracy Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment Complete studies efficiently without compromising patient care or image quality Assist and instruct students and other Radiologic Technologists on exam protocols, positioning, and equipment use Provide patient education, ensure comfort, and address patient concerns Practice appropriate infection control and sterile techniques Operate imaging equipment and related information systems effectively Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, procedures, and any adverse reactions Follow protocols for medical necessity, coding, charging, consents, QC programs, and equipment issue reporting Required Skills Strong anatomy knowledge Image evaluation and quality control Imaging equipment operation Contrast protocols Emergency response Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective verbal and written communication Electronic imaging systems proficiency Task prioritization and time management Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment

Minimum Qualifications American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R) certification Radiologic Technologist license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers May be required to complete the Medical Assistant (MA) Competency Checklist and perform MA functions in a clinic or Insta Care setting Why Join Springville Workmed Medical Group?
