Early Learning Essentials seeks a Disabilities and Behavioral Specialist to plan, implement, and monitor services for children with special needs within Head Start. You will coordinate FBAs and Behavior Intervention Plans and provide classroom-wide behavior management strategies to support school readiness.
The role requires collaboration with the Disabilities and Mental Health team and independent judgment to promote positive outcomes for children and families served by ELE.
