Namify's Junior Systems Administrator is responsible for assisting with provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, security, and maintenance of system hardware, software, and related infrastructure. They also participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software, and related procedures adhere to organizational standards, enabling staff, volunteers, partners, and clients to perform their jobs from a technical aspect.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Work with vendors and manufacturers to provide service and support for users and company equipment
- Ensure systems are maintained for optimal up time.
- Complete IT support requests
- Setup and manage employee access and security
- Move employee's equipment to new desk/location
- Troubleshoot software/hardware failures
- Manage phone and voicemail system
- Manage email system
- Use and update IT knowledgebase
- Network management (servers, computers, switches, cabling, etc.)
- Server management & maintenance
- System & data security
- Backup & disaster
- Complete all tasks assigned by the Sr. System Administrator
- $17-$20/hour, depending on experience

Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States
Must perform Pre-Employment drug test
- Candidates working toward a degree in Information Systems/Computer Science preferred
- Working knowledge of Google Cloud/Compute preferred
- Experience with Windows Server Management/Maintenance preferred
- Working knowledge of networks, cabling, and termination
- Must be able to work in a standing position for up to 6 hours a day.
- Must be able to work in a sitting position for up to 6 hours a day.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Must have great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes.
- Must be able to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work under deadlines and quotas.

- Previous SQL and System Administration experience

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm - In Office
This job exists in an office environment working on a computer for 8-9 hours per day.
TRAININGTraining for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.
