Job Description

Operational Execution & Site Delivery

  • Lead execution of assigned contracts, customer sites, and field operations in alignment with requirements and standards
  • Ensure daily operational activities are completed on schedule and to standard
  • Monitor site conditions, staffing coverage, and operational issues requiring action
  • Drive consistency in execution across assigned programs and locations

Workforce Coordination & Readiness

  • Coordinate workforce deployment against mission and contract requirements
  • Ensure assigned personnel meet clearance, training, and qualification requirements before work begins
  • Identify coverage gaps, readiness issues, and staffing risks early
  • Coordinate with recruiting, training, and operational leadership to resolve personnel constraints

Performance Management & Quality Oversight

  • Track operational performance against assigned KPIs, service levels, and execution standards
  • Conduct routine reviews of site performance, reporting, and corrective action status
  • Address execution deficiencies and elevate unresolved issues promptly
  • Support implementation of QA inspections and performance improvement measures

Compliance, Security & Risk Support

  • Ensure assigned programs and sites operate in compliance with security, access, clearance, and customer-specific requirements
  • Support audit readiness, documentation accuracy, and inspection preparation
  • Execute incident response and issue escalation procedures as required
  • Identify operational risks and coordinate mitigation actions with leadership

Operational Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate daily execution across program teams, project leads, and site supervisors
  • Maintain clear communication with the Vice President, Operations regarding performance, risks, and resource needs
  • Support customer communications at the operational level and resolve routine issues
  • Ensure alignment with support functions and adjacent operational leaders

Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend and implement process improvements that strengthen efficiency, service quality, and execution consistency
  • Capture lessons learned and feedback from assigned sites and teams
  • Support adoption of tools, reporting methods, and standardized operating practices

Key Deliverables Operational Deliverables

  • Site execution status updates and operational summaries
  • Staffing and readiness tracking for assigned programs
  • Corrective action and issue resolution tracking
  • Contingency, surge, or coverage coordination plans for assigned operations

Reporting Deliverables

  • Routine operational updates to the Vice President, Operations
  • Performance, staffing, and issue escalation reports
  • Inspection, compliance, or readiness status reporting, as required

Performance Metrics (Illustrative)

  • Execution performance against assigned contract and site requirements
  • Staffing coverage and workforce readiness rates
  • Timeliness of issue resolution and escalation
  • Compliance and inspection performance for assigned sites
  • Accuracy and timeliness of operational reporting
