Job Overview

Nestle is hiring machine operators specifically the Raque (cheese/topping dispenser). The shifts are 10‑hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures the conveyor and Raque or mondini are lined up correctly to avoid waste.
  • Monitors catch pans and empties them when necessary.
  • Prevents ingredients from becoming packed in the machine to avoid downtime.
  • Clears any jams that occur.
  • Loads the Raque or mondini with cheese or topping throughout the shift.
  • Calculates product yield every hour.
  • Communicates well with all team members and departments (other operators, supervisors, maintenance, QA, etc.).
  • Follows all safety procedures and wears proper protective equipment.
Requirements
  • Must have basic proficiency in English to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures.
  • Heavy lifting.
  • Basic computer data entry required.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred.
  • 90 days of food manufacturing experience working in a Nestlé factory preferred.
