• Operate and monitor glass fabrication machinery to produce precise glass components.
• Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assist in cutting, shaping, and finishing glass products according to specifications.
• Measure and inspect finished products utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, squares, and tape measure.
• Maintain safety protocols by following proper procedures when handling glass materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in fabrication, machining, and the use of hand tools.
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality control inspections.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and machine setup adjustments.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to glass production or similar industries is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality assurance, and efficiency.
