• Material Supply:
  Ensure the production line stays moving by supplying materials with zero downtime.
• Precision Weighing:
  Utilize industrial scales to measure ingredients according to specific recipe interpretations.
• Quality Control:
  Execute material rotation (FIFO) and maintain strict Food Safety and Housekeeping (GMP) protocols.
• Operational Flow:
  Adapt to daily schedule changes and manage high-volume production tasks in an ambient or cool environment.

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex recipes.
• Familiarity with Material Rotation (FIFO) and production line supply logic.
• A "safety-first" mindset with a history of great attendance.

• Experience:
  
  6+ months of consistent heavy lifting experience within the last year (2025).
• Physical Endurance:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for 100% of a 10-hour shift.
• Availability:
  Must be able to work 10-hour shifts with starts as early as 2:00 AM.
• Adaptability:
  Comfortable with daily schedule changes based on production needs.
• Compliance:
  Must pass an English Reading Comprehension test (for safety and recipe accuracy), background check, and employment verification.
• PPE:
  Willingness to wear all required gear (hairnets, beard covers, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots).
