Production Associate; C Shift

We are currently hiring dependable Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Utah County. This overnight opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, staying active, and working in a team‑oriented production setting.

Location: Springville, UT

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shift (C Shift – Overnight):

• Monday: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• Thursday: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• Friday: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and assist with manufacturing processes
• Package, label, inspect, and prepare products for shipment
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or concerns
• Assist with production line setup, material handling, and changeovers as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
