Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly.
Job SummaryRustica is hiring a Metals Utility to join our powder coat team. The primary responsibility is to hang parts in preparation for powder coat. The role requires a strong commitment to listening, following instructions, and effective communication.
Responsibilities- Assist with the set up and operation of the powder coating process.
- Rack and hang parts prior to the powder coating process.
- Unrack and unhang parts after the powder coating process is complete.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Good mobility and willingness to work in a warm shop.
- Ability to safely handle sharp objects and work around moving equipment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn new tasks.
