Responsibilities- Supply materials to keep the production line moving with zero downtime.
- Use industrial scales to measure ingredients according to specific recipe instructions.
- Execute material rotation (FIFO) and maintain strict Food Safety and Housekeeping (GMP) protocols.
- Adapt to daily schedule changes and manage high‑volume production tasks in an ambient or cool environment.
- Collaborate with team members in a fast‑paced environment where safety and accuracy are priorities.
3:00 AM – 2:00 AM (Various shifts available). 10‑hour shifts with flexible start times.
Skills- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or GMP‑regulated environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex recipes.
- Familiarity with Material Rotation (FIFO) and production line supply logic.
- Safety‑first mindset with a history of great attendance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience1‑4 years in a similar environment.
Qualifications- Minimum of 90 days of heavy lifting experience in 2026.
- Physical endurance to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for the full 10‑hour shift.
- Availability for 10‑hour shifts with starts as early as 2:00 PM.
- Ability to adapt to daily schedule changes based on production needs.
- Must pass an English reading comprehension test, background check, and employment verification.
- Willingness to wear required PPE (hairnets, beard covers, safety glasses, steel‑toed boots).
Pay starts at $22.05 per hour and is based on education, work experience, location, duties, and certifications. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package such as medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance; short‑term disability; and a 401(k) plan, subject to eligibility.
