Position: President - Cencore Industries with Security Clearance
Description The President of Cen Core Industries carries full P&L accountability for the subsidiary and reports directly to the Cen Core Group COO. This is an enterprise leadership role-not a plant manager with a bigger title. You will own the manufacturing operation and build the organization around it: the culture, the executive team, the workforce pipeline, the operating systems, and the external reputation that makes Cen Core Industries the manufacturer customers seek out and competitors study.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
* A production enterprise that delivers on time, on spec, and at scale-across three sites in Utah, Colorado, and South Carolina
* A technology-forward manufacturing operation grounded in Industry 4.0: automation, IIoT, digital twins, and AI-enabled quality-as an operating philosophy, not a project backlog

* An external presence:
Cen Core at industry conferences, in university partnerships, with state economic development agencies, and as a voice in the standards that shape our industry
