About This Job
The Marketing Events Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of Namify’s event strategy to support lead generation, sales growth, and brand visibility. This position requires a strong blend of strategic planning, cross-departmental coordination, and data-driven decision-making to ensure events—both virtual and in-person—are impactful and aligned with broader business goals. This role plays a critical part in generating marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), accelerating the sales pipeline, and driving revenue.
It involves full ownership of event planning, execution, and post-event analysis while maintaining consistency with Namify’s brand and customer experience standards.
Event Strategy & Planning

- Conduct ROI analysis for each event (both in-person and virtual) using historical data and forecasted lead generation potential.
- Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and prioritize impactful event types—such as trade shows, webinars, conferences, and customer-focused summits—that support the sales funnel.
Execution & Coordination
- Manage the end-to-end execution of all Namify-hosted and third-party events, including budgeting, branding, promotion, logistics, and internal staffing.
- Lead pre-event marketing efforts across email, social media, website, paid channels, and partner networks to drive engagement and attendance.
- Ensure all event experiences reflect Namify’s brand through thoughtful booth design, speaker prep, branded merchandise, and seamless follow-up processes.
Lead Capture & Revenue Tracking
- Define and track key event performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline influence, ROI, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Develop and refine lead capture methods—such as badge scanning, forms, and giveaways—and ensure they are integrated into Namify’s CRM (Hub Spot).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to accurately attribute pipeline growth and revenue to specific events.
Campaign Integration & Sales Enablement
- Align events with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring inclusion in nurture journeys and strategic content repurposing.
- Equip sales teams with event briefings, personalized outreach templates, follow-up sequences, and attendee target lists.
- Partner with SDRs to build pre- and post-event engagement cadences, with a focus on converting high-value attendees.
Post-Event Reporting & Optimization
- Deliver timely post-event reports and dashboards measuring impact on MQLs, SALs, SQLs, and closed-won opportunities.
- Apply insights and data to inform future event planning, performance optimization, and budget allocation.
