Marketing Manager

Five Star Franchising LLC is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing for a portfolio of home service brands. In this role, you will design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive franchise development, lead generation, and local market growth for franchisees across North America. You will analyze performance data, optimize digital programs, and partner closely with franchise owners to provide tools, playbooks, and support.

Working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you'll collaborate across marketing, operations, and technology to build scalable systems and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand growth for multiple home service franchises
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, and events to support franchise development and local franchisee marketing
• Analyze marketing performance data, optimize campaigns, and report results to leadership and key stakeholders
• Partner with franchisees to provide marketing guidance, toolkits, and best practices that support local market growth
• Collaborate with internal teams on messaging, creative, and content aligned to each brand's positioning
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Support new franchise launches with go-to-market plans, collateral, and localized campaigns
• Continuously test new marketing tactics and technologies to improve efficiency and ROI
